BACKGROUND

Scope of work:

Joining and planning a business trip for a group of young Israeli entrepreneurs with a successful business in the food industry, they were keen to explore business opportunities in Tainan, southern part of Taiwan.

Challenge:

The team wanted to have a local representative coordinating between both sides, translating documents and assisting in their business meetings, negotiation and more. to achieve the company’s business goals set for the project.

WHAT WE DID

Project Kickoff Meetings

Pre kick-off project meetings for initial orientation and understanding of the entrepreneurs business model and project’s goals

Guidance & Orientation

Guidance meetings for the team to learn about Taiwan’s business environment, do’s & don'ts, including some basic words in Chinese to impress the Taiwanese hosts

Planning & Scheduling

Preparation, project timeline planning and meetings scheduling with the Taiwanese counterpart and potential partners

THE RESULTS

Smooth & Successful

Meetings went smoothly and with good energy. Negotiation was successful and culturally sensitive

Safe & Confident

The team could understand the agreements and all related documents as it was all explained in Hebrew so they felt secured

Business with Pleasure

The Israeli team enjoyed factory visits, as well as sightseeing while experiencing the local atmosphere. This was an unforgettable business trip which we all learned and benefited from!

It is so important to have help from a person that’s familiar with both cultures. We highly recommend on her to anyone planning on doing business with Taiwan.

When coordinating large scale projects I aim to contribute the client in understanding the local Taiwanese business environment, culture and way of doing things. All that's needed to achieve the company’s business goals set for the project.
